Brewed in collaboration with our friends at 1840 Brewing Company, Hopes Brett IPA holds a very special place in our hearts, as it is the first beer to have fermented in our new oak foeders in our Downtown taproom. This funk forward offering showcases flavors of pear and citrus rind and is available on tap at both Good City locations and the 1840 taproom.
This Belgian-style Abbey Ale was aged in our foeders with Brettanomyces, resulting in a sweet and spicy beer with a solid malt backbone. With a distinct aroma of cherry pie and a slightly funky flavor profile, State of Nature delivers an experience that is both interesting and delightful to those who choose to imbibe.
Days of My Youth showcases aromas of orchard fruits, particularly apricots, and mild oaky vanilla. A delicate spice profile intertwined with mildly sweet cereal grains presents a balanced bitterness, finishing with toasty oak tannins.

Back by popular demand, Coffee Density uses the same base imperial stout as Density, cold-steeped with a light roast from MKEing Coffee which balances out the forward notes of chocolate and molasses, leaving you with a big coffee aroma and lingering roasted profile.

We built a wild beer facility and pilot brewery to grow our experimental and funky offerings.
Our Downtown taproom prominently features foeders as well as a pilot brewing system that produces small batch and experimental offerings. The 200-seat first-floor taproom features 24 Good City taps and an open kitchen concept by Brewery Chef Guy Davies.
