A collaboration with Hacienda Beer Co.
Tasting profile: citrus skin and white grape, smell of linen, underripe pineapple, and coriander.
What is Triticale you ask? Well, it's a cross between wheat and rye that brings the best of both to the table, so it should add a subtle softness to the body and a hint of spice on the palate. It is also brewed with Door County Microflora. Microwhat? The folks at Hacienda, collected microscopic fungi, spores, and other fantastic particles from the Door County air and used it in the fermentation.
