Delicately brushed with two types of Oats, both malted and flaked, this beer gives off an extra creamy and silky texture. The lush hop scenery is a forest of Idaho 7, carrying notes of ripe citrus orchards, orange sherbet; boosted with a friendly dose of amarillo adding its own floral citrus aroma reminiscent of dried apricots and candied oranges. Balancing the fields of orange and creamy cloud characteristics, we layered in Hallertau Blanc hops, named for their similarity to sauvignon blanc, wine-like gooseberry, and vinous grape with smells like fresh picked grapefruit. With so much evolving flavor character in this heady brew, sometimes you have to go out on a limb - that’s where the fruit is.
