Brewed with a large portion of flaked rice to emphasize dry clean drinkability. Hopped with German noble varietals bring out fruity floral tones and light spice. Fermented with a German yeast strain different than traditional Good City lagers, this yeast ferments extremely clean, which further enhances the brightness of this beer. Inspired by the lagers of Japan and southeast Asia.
