2021 Audacity

Audacity showcases our willingness to take risks. This dark and delicious barrel-aged creation is not your typical BA offering. It is a giant 12.4% abv masterpiece. We started by brewing and fermenting a strong and bold Belgian-style quadrupel, then aged the beer in port wine and rum barrels for over 6 months. The result is an amazingly smooth and boozy ale dominated by caramel, dark sugar and malty sweetness with flavor accents of plum, berries, chocolate and spice. Be Audacious. Take Risks.
